edit ISE portal login page (ise 2.1)

Hi,

we have a wireless deployment using ise as the central web authenticator. its already working but the user requested for the registration hyperlink on the login page to be in BOLD. it the "Dont have an account?" hyperlink when its in default wordings. trying to figure out how to do that but im still scratching my head. zero knowledge here on html.

any help will be really aprreciated.  tia
