Hi,
I have configured SMTP server configuration on ISE 1.3 and Its not working.
navigate to Administration > System > Settings > SMTP Server-----------added the smtp details.
navigate to Administration > System > Alarm Settings > Alarm Notification and provide the From and To email addresses:----- added the email details.
Also as per the document:
This SMTP server is reachable to ISE and has the ability to accept any emails from the ISE without authentication or encryption.
ISE Admin node IP address is added in the exception list of SMTP server.
I can connect to SMTP server Via ISE:
ISE/Admin# telnet SMTP.xxx.xxxx.xxx port 25
Trying x.x.x.x...
Connected to SMTP.xxxx.xxxx.xxxx.
Escape character is '^]'.
220 xx.xxxx.xxxx Microsoft ESMTP MAIL Service ready at Tue, 8 Sep 2015 02:09:50 -0500
Somehow It’s still not working. Anything you would like me to check, I guess I need another pair of eyes here.
