Hi. I'm getting reports of Sponsors not receiving Guest notification emails. To test this, I asked a colleague to create a Guest account. Then I logged into the Sponsor portal under my own credentials, selected the Guest account that my colleague created, then clicked the Resend button and selected the option to CC myself. When I clicked the Send button, the Guest received the email but you can clearly see that the CC address (mine) was truncated at 9 characters before the @ symbol. What I mean by that is if my email address was great_employee@company.com, the CC address was truncated to great_emp@company.com. Since obviously this address doesn't match any SMTP address, the message is never delivered.
We are using Active Directory for our authentication source, and I confirmed that my account has no attributes that match the CC address ISE decided to use. Is there some parameter somewhere that limits the Sponsor email address to a certain number of characters?
