Enabling REST ID Store in ISE 3.3 P2

Hi

Please help me confirm if enabling REST ID Store in Cisco ISE 3.3 restarts ISE service or there is no impact?
can this be done in production hours or to be done in maintenance window

You mean for integrating Entra ID correct?  No service restart associated with that configuration.  Up to your individual organization whether or not ISE configuration changes must occur during a maintenance window.
