Enabling TRAPS for ISE

Hi All,

 

We have configured SNMP V3 in our  ISE(version 2.4 patch 13). We could see the below attached output from Solar winds.

 

Is this a TRAP message, if so why the message type is SNMP v2 as we have configured v3?

Could you please let me know what type of trap message is this (screenshot attached) and we have done the below SNMP v3 configuration in Cisco ISE.

 

#snmp-server enable

#snmp-server user username v3 plain authpassword privpassword
# snmp-server host <ip address> version 3 username Engine ID plain authpassword privpassword
# snmp-server host <ip address> version 3 username Engine ID plain authpassword privpassword
#exit
#wr mem
#exit
