ERROR 5411

                   Hi all,

     One of my user have this problem: He went home living his desktop start. when he was back he was not abble to connect to his application .

The trouble shoutin in ise show this error  No response received during 120 seconds on last EAP message sent to the client : 5411 No response received during 120 seconds on last EAP message sent to the client

In the Switch the guy have the right DACL

And even when he retsrat is desktop we ve got the same error for 3 Hours. What can be the issue of this problem ?

Boris,

You might want to check the desktop to see why it is not responding to the eap sessoin initiated by ISE. Check the supplicant settings and see if it is not set to use certificate authentication, if you are doing password authentication.
