Error import certifacate private key

Hi

I get an error to import a certificate for my guest portal  of my provaider

Any ideas ? mayby is for the extensión .priv

Cant say if its necessarily because of the extension. Some of the accepted ones are crt, cer , pem.

Given you are trying to import a private key, I am assuming CSR wasn't generated on ISE.

Explore if you can generate CSR on ISE and bind the signed certificate back on the device.

Or gather the correct private keys and certificate again with the correct extension because i feel the device is unable validate the certificate against the private key and getting failed.

I can solve it .

The problem was  I had  to import the certificate to trusted certificates and  it was solved .
