Error on Cisco Catalyst Switch while integrating with Cisco ISE

getting error on Cisco catalyst switch WS-C2960X-24PS-L and C2960X-UNIVERSALK9-M version15.2(4)E6 as :

000371: Sep 13 19:38:28.109: EPM_PLUGIN_REDIRECT_ERR: ACE item addition onto the interface failed either
due to lack of memory, syntax error or the ACE already exists
000372: Sep 13 19:38:28.109: EPM_PLUGIN_REDIRECT_ERR: [0c37.9678.40ba, Gi1/0/1] Could not apply URL Redirect ACL REDIRECT

This error is coming on while integrating ISE with Cisco catalyst switch . Need urgent help 

Could not take TAC assistance as the switches are out of support

not that i have observed this error ? what is the switch uptime ? and is the memory usage ?

how is your config looks like ?

if this is effecting then you need to go back to old config which working until you test again and have solution.

@Singh007 there is either not enough memory or the ACE syntax is incorrect, check both.
