I am trying to generate CSR from primary admin ISE node. I am seeing this error:
What is the workaround?

I did it from the primary, had the same error, rebooted the Primary ISE seems to have fixed the problem.

Thanks edondurguti... I rebooted both ise nodes and now csr error is not there.

We have an internal Microsft CA . That will issue the cert.

You plan to push it with GPO? as a trusted cert to clients pcs? and does this have to be a domain controller or tied to a domain controller (sorry I don't have any experience with windows servers), the reason i'm asking is that my company doesn't have a CA server and doesn't want to have one for some reason, I thought i'd just install it myself

Actually all our PCs already have the trusted root CA cert. That is the reason we went for cert from the same CA for our ISE nodes as well, so that PCs can trust ise node.
