Expired ISE certificate

I use ISE-PIC for user identification in FMC. I have a local root CA I use for the pxGrid cert. That cert has expired, so I issued a new cert from the CA, but the test in FMC is failing:

Foreign server sends SSL alert:certificate unknown

Not sure what else to try as nothing has changed except for the FMC version (now on 7.2.3).

Looked like my FMC certificate was also expired.
