Hi,
Livingstone used to have very good RADIUS server offerings (in fact they invented RADIUS), but that company was acquired by Lucent Technologies and apparently Lucent is just interested in the carrier market.
Nowadays many network admins are implementing RADIUS with the Funk Steel-Belted RADIUS Server:

If you have a Unix / Linux box around, you can try freeRADIUS (www.freeradius.org).
It's pretty well documented, suports all flavors of EAP, certificates, and the like, and is free.
I've been using it for a couple years on an old sparc.
Check it out.
