Hello, ISE expert
I want to deploy ISE-1.3.0.876-eval-2.ova over ESXi(5.1 and 5.4) with default configuration(200G hard disk, 4G memory, 2vCPU) over UCS.
After several failures, DB are always failed to start.
Even 16 vCPU are allocated and reserved from vSphere configuration, DB is failed to start too.
More than 2 UCS are tried, I meet the same problem too.
In this case, IO bandwidth is verified to be ok.
Do you know why?
Do you know how to resolve it?

As discussed in our meeting, you will fix issues with DNS and NTP and try again. And, replace ISE 1.3 with 2.1 if possible.
Please contact me directly, if that does not address your setup problem.

Please unicast me a copy of the ADE.log file from one of the UCS boxes for analysis.

Hi
Can you tell me how to collect ADE.log from UCS?
Thanks

Hi, Hsing
Thanks for your helps.
After DNS/NTP problem is fixed, vISE database over ESXi can be started now.
Thanks and Best Regards
Forest
