Hi, is guest posturing doable in ISE? And is it common?

For instance how can we posture a guest with an iphone or android?

Thanks

Are you talking about utilizing ISE? there is no posturing for Android or iOS devices. Posture compliance is done through an agent (temporal or persistent) that runs on desktop operating systems MAC and windows.

For mobile devices you would rely on an MDM such as Meraki Airwatch mobile iron

However onboarding guests (which are short term visitors) doesn’t seem like a valid approach . Why would you want to posture guest mobile device? You’re just giving them internet access .

Perhaps you’re looking to do something different?

Thanks Jason. That's what I thought as well. I suggested posturing for corporate devices and since guest users shouldn't have access but to the internet there's no need to posture them.
