HCAP specification?

I am looking for a specification document for

HCAP, the "HTTP-based Host Credential Authorization

Protocol used for AAA-to-Vendor communications" mentioned in "Network Admissions Control Phase 1"

deployment plan document and slides.

Thank you, however I am looking for a document that

specifies the protocol of HCAP, such as an

Internet-Draft, OASIS or DMTF spec, defining the

contents of protocol that is carried inside of the

SSL wrapper. Such a document would specify the

list of requests and responses, control flow

procedures, hwo the PDUs are encoded, authentication,

error handling etc.

Following the links of the "more information" page

in that slide set, I saw a mention of HCAP in a

diagram in the Cisco Trust Agent data sheet, but

that did not say where the protocol was defined,

and the list of authentication protocols at

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk583/tech_topology_and_network_serv_and_protocol_suite_home.html

did not include it.
