High authentication latency alarm in ISE ?
How to check and what is the reason why this alarm got generated ?

Hi Great suggestions here, as test you can try few more things: disabled log analysis, deactivated any unused probes, disabled Profiler Forwarder Persistence queue, disable ISE Messaging Service.

to check and understand the reason of a High Authentication Latency, you must "dig a little bit more":
1st, in Dashboard > Alarms, click the High Authentication Latency:
2nd, in the new window, a List of Hight Authentication Latency will open, click the Details icon:
3rd, in the new window, search for the Hight Authentication Latency issue, in this simple example: EndPointPolicy.
