Greetings,
After some googling, I think I found the issue, but not sure if I can delete it.
Now, this is a SNS-3595 that has 1.2TB of HD.
issue seems to be
Directory of disk:/corefiles/

Being in corefiles, I would guess it's mandatory, but what is it? I'm guessing /opt is the databases as that is where most of the storage is allocated.
Can that file be deleted, the repository increased, or how do I fix the error as it is every 4 min.

I would suggest to copy any core files to a repository and then you may safely delete them.
If core files generated frequently, please engage Cisco TAC to investigate.

ok, thanks. Are they basically core dumps?

Yes, they are and from one of the java processes of ISE services.

that makes sense, I've had a TAC open as ISE stops tracking sessions and license use. They had me install patch 1 to see if it corrects the issue.

Hi
Can you please confirm, is it safe to delete files in disk:/corefiles ?
My disk utilization is 95%, and I have a big file under /corefiles
