How can I use AD attributes to specify the "user logon name" to use in the guest portal?

How can I use AD attributes to specify the "user logon name" to use in the guest portal? Because when user has more than 21 characters user-logon-name, ISE does not recognized the user unless user uses "User logon name(pre-Windows 2000).

21 characters logon name??? :) I am not sure if this will help but have you tried the "Identity Rewrite" function under the Advanced settings under the AD integration?
