How do I enable Wireless Setup (BETA) on ISE 2.2.0.470

I have a test ISE VM (ISE-VM-K9) that is on version 2.2.0.470 and I have recently installed a physical (SNS-3595-K9) ISE deployment.  The new physical appliance deployment gives me the option to chose Wireless Setup (Beta) from the menu.  The option is not available in the VM.  Both deployments are at the same version and patch levels.  Does anyone know how I can get the Wireless Setup (BETA) on my test VM deployment?  Thanks in advance.

Log in to CLI, run the command application configure ise, you will get this menu:

Choose item 17

Are they both fresh installs? Like Charles said you might need to manually enable it
