Hi,

Use Case: Administrator import CSV file with user's device (MAC address),

and User can manage his device in My device portal.

I added the device with PortalUser attribute in CSV file from BYOD identities page, but it couldn't be displayed in My device portal.

On the other hand, added device in My device portal, it could be displayed in BYOD identities page.

I'd like to know How "My device portal" to display devices configured by administrator.

(I'm using ISE 2.3.)

Best Regards,

Tatsuo Yoshida

You need to make sure other attributes are set such as Device and BYOD Registration Status as well as portal user.  That said, this may be a defect since testes with all attributes properly updated in endpoint record, but I do not see it being associated upon My Devices login.

I would recommend comparing a device that works correctly and one that does not

There is a registered device group and status are you setting that?
