Is there any way when logging into the ASA via an SSH session to change the TACACS password on the ASA itself, for instance, if the account on the ACS server has an expired password, or if its a new account and requires a change of pw upon first login, how do I accomplish this on the ASA using SSH? I know it can be done via telnet by hitting enter a couple of times at the password prompt, but I'm not sure about the ASA.

I have not tried this on ASA because I do not
have one to test but to answer your question
regarding changing TACACS password via SSH,
I've done it. Not difficult at all. Checkout
