how to hide check box and text field in sponsor portal

1)   hide check box and text fields in sponsor portal ( Ex - in resend option i want to hide print and SMS and only keep email option )

2)   Do not want include sponsor email in Cc when user gets passcode details in email (  User should see his email id only in 'To' .  nothing should be in Cc

3)  if there are multple sponsor portal admins like admin1 and admin 2 can we give admin1 - read only access and admin 2 full access to sponsor portal?

You need to apply customized portal which disable these features. I don't
recall the name now, but search for a guide of portal customization. There
is a nicely written doc in the community showing how to do this in
examples. This customized portal example will show you this
