Hello ,
I have had a old ACS and backup the Full View Database Backup monthly .
There are available backups to restore in old ACS in Monitoring Configuration -> System Operations -> Data Management -> Restore.
Now , I have created a new ACS Server ,
I want to restore the the Full View Database Backup from the old ACS Server to the new ACS .
I have configured a repository first in new ACS but i can see anything in new ACS in Monitoring Configuration -> System Operations -> Data Management -> Restore.
How can i restore the Full View Database Backup from old ACS to the new ACS ?
Kind regards,

Hi Mike,
There is a way to restore the ACS Full View Database backup from your old ACS to your new ACS.
1. On the new ACS take a full ACS View db backup (from the GUI) to the repository you configured. 2. Let's call it, for example, X.tar.gpg
3. We need it because the restore doesn’t let us to write a filename, just to choose a file from the known backups.
4. Then copy the old ACSView db to that repository.
5. Let's call it, for example Y.tar.gpg
6. Then remove X.tar.gpg
7. Then rename Y.tar.gpg to X.tar.gpg
8. Then run the restore from the ACS View GUI.
