How to stop ACS backup process running in the background without restart the entire node

Hi all,

I'm going to migrate from ACS 5.5 to ISE 2.7. So, I need to backup configuration on the ACS for staging environment.

But I'm stuck with backup is already in process issue. I found no way to manually stop backup process without restart.

Since the ACS server is in production so customer is not allow to restart it if not nessacery.

Is there anyway to stop the process without restart the ACS?

Hi,

You can't kill the process from ACS cli (ADE-OS). You need to restart.
