Hi,
We cannot login our ISE by CLI and GUI.We have reboot it by power off,it's running well now.But i want to know what reason for that.Is there any method to check this issue?In addtion,i have download the bundle file ,but its so big...i don’t know how to check it,What should i do ?

This may be very hard to find without it currently facing the issue.
The CLI is local authentication only, so not being able to log in here is extremely strange.
ISE runs on top of linux, so you can check the secure log to see if you can find anything.
The GUI can be other external methods.
If youre running ldap or AD connection, check ad_agent.log
Regardless, check ise-psc.log

If VM, make sure the resources are properly allocated and VM snapshot is disabled for all ISE nodes. Aside from that since you have the bundle, suggest opening a TAC SR for root cause.

but is there any other method to do it ? this device don't have a cisco service support.
