I want ISE 2.2 to join Active Directory as an External Identity Source , what user credentials are required?

Hi

I have ISE 2.2 installed and i want to join  Active Directory as an External Identity Source s that my users will authenticated using AD credentials. What rights are required for user to join AD?

I am not AD administrator and i need to request this users to have those rights.
