Identity Source Sequence - ACS to ISE Migration

Performed migration from ACS 5.8 to ISE 2.4 using MigTool. Shows that all the "Identity Source Sequence" have been migrated but they are not showing up in ISE.

But if I go and try to create New Identity source sequece manually, Identity source attribute are there:

Looks like something is wrong in the database itself. Please open a TAC case to get to the bottom of this.

It seems like a bug. A ticket has been opened with Cisco TAC.
