Imact on Functionality when service account password for AD and MDM servers expires

In one of my ISE deployments AD, MDM (JAMF and SCCM) are integrated. Now i have question. Question: If service account which is used to integrate these external systems gets expired then what will be impact on ISE and Endpoint machine/users.

I think this account is used only for first integration , one time this is done i think this user is not involved in the  process.
