Is there anyway yet to increase disk space on a ISE 2.4 VM without having to redeploy a new VM? I only have about 500 devices on tacacs however cisco support is not willing to assist on my issues until I increase the disk space to 600gb. I would not be able to redeploy a new VM for at least a month due to some internal issues.

Expanding the disk is not something you can do from the the GUI/CLI. I would always recommend a reinstall or redeploy.
There is a method of doing this if you get creative though, I do not recommend it simply because deploying a replacement or reinstalling an ISE VM probably takes less time without the risk.

Damien Miller is correct. Resizing VM disks is not currently supported by our support teams.
