Infinite queue when exporting a report in ISE

We proceeded with the export report to the repositry
But I can't get out of Queued state.
Repositry is configured correctly and communication between ISE and FTP Client is fine.

Is there a solution??

Reload the primary monitoring node, then try again and if it persists or returns later then it would be best to open a tac case.
