Is Base License perpetual when migrating from 2.3 to 2.4

Good Morning Team,

I have looking for information about migrating the Base license from 2.3 to 2.4, there are some topics saying that the perpetual license when migrating to 2.4 will be converted to term license. I need clarity in this topic considering that there is a partner who is proposing an ISE deal at the moment and they have been asking about this information.

I will really appreciate if you can share the information about the term that the license which migrated from 2.3 to 2.4 will last (2,3 years) when does the change take effect (when the customer does the upgrade to 2.4 or later).

Yes, Base is still perpetual in ISE 2.4.
