Is CDP Bypass supported with MAC Bypass enabled

I'm configuring ISE and on my switchports I've got my authentication order as mab dot1x.  I'm not trying to authenticate the phones and thought CDP Bypass would be take care of that for me.  I'm now running into issues where the phones are trying to do MAB.  Should CDP Bypass work when MAB enabled on a port?

Have you tried asking the switching platform team since this is mostly a switch issue?

Adding to Jason's.. Identity-Based Networking Services: IP Telephony In IEEE 802.1X-Enabled Networks Deployment and Configuration Guide shows "CDP bypass" is only available in single-host mode and it's not authenticating against ISE at all.
