Is running the setup script upon ISE install supported without network connectivity towards NTP or DNS?

Hello Experts,

Is running the setup script upon ISE install supported without network connectivity towards NTP or DNS? I believe I have encountered that this was not under support but I am not able to find any  documentation backing this up.

its required to pass DNS and NTP otherwise ise won't be useful
