ISE 1.1.1 temporarily unvailable during VMWare snapshot

                   Hi all,

we have a distributed deployment and when we snapshot out ISE VM's, they become unavailable for 1 - 2 minutes...

Is this normal? Is anyone else seeing this?

they have VMWARE tools installed although VSphere Client is showing them as being out of date.

Can we update vmware tools on both VM's?

Pls consider  updating  the ISE version you are runing .1.1.4 is the latest and 1.2 is going to be released soon
