We have a big problem about Failure Reason 5440 on Cisco ISE 2.0 and WLC 8510
My equipment:
1 SSID with 802.1x and radius points to ISE
WLC IOS version : 8.0.115.0
ISE 2.0 Patch v2
When clients connect to SSID, they use their AD account to connect for Wi-Fi. But sometimes, they connect AD account normal way, sometimes they can't connect and ISE
Alarms: RADIUS Request Dropped
Failure Reason=5440 Endpoint abandoned EAP session and started new
Failure Reason=5441 Endpoint started new session while the packet of previous session is being processed. Dropping new session.
How can we solve this problem?
