Hi

Wanted to understand what is the retention period for the  guest reports. Can i get the online report of any 1 year.

how can i manage reporting

Any help would be appreciated!!

Hi Laxmi,

The default retention period is 90 days for monitoring database and this can be checked in
Administration > System > Maintenance > Data Purging. All the data prior to the specified time period will be purged.
