ISE 2.1 BYOD disapper device

Hello,

I have sometime device disapper from mydevice portal and so can't connect network. I don't understand why....
Inside device there is certifcate ssl and wifi network, but seem that someone delete it from portal. But user do not it.

Have you some idea ? Thanks

By default self-registered BYOD entries are purged after 30 days.

Check your endpoint purge policy and modify as desired. The procedure for doing so is described in the Admin Guide here:
