Ise 2.1 CLI Password Reset

Hi Everyone,

I am a bit new to ISE, I have a client with ISE 2.1 on 3495 appliance in distributed deployment with two nodes. On both the appliances all three personas are enabled with one being primary for PAN, Monitoring and with device admin service enabled. And second node being secondary for PAN, Monitoring and without device admin service enabled. We do not have any config backup for both appliances as it is stopping at 20% and then giving failed message after sometime. 

I need to reset cli password for the primary node. Could any one help how I can proceed to reset the password with getting into any issues.

Hi ,you must insert boot media (ISE BOOT MEDIA ISO ) and when it boot there was a option to reset password .
