ISE 2.1 CoA Failed

Hi,

I have such error on ISE, but CoA succesfully performed.

I captured packets between ISE and NAD(cisco switch) when I runed manual CoA ( Session reauthentication or Session termination with port bounce) and get this error from NAD:

AVP: l=6 t=Error-Cause(101): Unknown(200)

What is the reason of this error?

I added screen from wireshark.

Did you managed to resolve this? I'm observing similar behaviour in Cat 9K wired guess users.
