I have set up an guest and sponsor portal so far for our guest-wireless with ISE 2.1 and Cisco wifi controller. Now I have one problem. I need permanent guest accounts (no expiration date) with working password change option at web login. If I create them directly in the ISE local identity store, the "change password" option does nothing when activated. The user just gets the success message for the login and then gets redirected. If I create an user via the sponsor portal, the "change password" option works fine at the guest portal website.Then I tried to create a guest type for that type of user but I can not create a group with unlimited maxium access time. Is there any chance to get that done? Thanks a lot for your help.
