After updating ISE 2.2 to 16 patch
A message appeared.
Description
No User Authentication events were collected by the Identity Mapping service in the last 15 minutes.
Suggested Actions
If this is a time when User Authentications are expected (e.g. work hours), then check the connection to Active Directory domain controllers.
And there is no data in Operations -> RADIUS-> Live Sessions
But the connection to AD for all tests in ISE is fine. See attachment.
Administration -> Ext Identity sources -> AD -> test user \ diagnostic tool
the test is successful.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do?
