ISE 2.2 Stuck on Connection Successful

Hi all

Currently have Hotspot setup on our cisco ISE going to our WLC.

Redirect and Authentication appears to be working fine, however after accepting the EUP on a mobile device  it gets stuck on "Connection Successful" page.

Anyone else experienced this or know how to sort it?

Sorry what do you want to happen? Under success portal settings you can select the behavior

Default is to provide a success page

It just says sucessfully connected however there is no connection and gets stuck on that page.

I have found a work around though by putting in a post access banner in to say "Welcome" they click continue then it goes to connection sucessful

this then allows them network access

if i do it without, it gets stuck on connection successful with no Internet access

That typically happens when the guest ACL that is assigned to the guest endpoint does not allow access to ISE node. Easy fix would be to allow access from the guest endpoint to ISE node post authentication.
