ISE 2.2 Vmware Memory into Swapped whole vm HANG

Hi GUys,

I am running ISE 2.2 on vsphere 5.5 vm version 9, 2 unit of vm i got one unit got memory issue, no alarm on the vsphere side,

i no idea how t trobleshoot it, i am using small deployment 16 GB RAM.

Please advise.

You need to add more memory to your physical host.

I follow the OVA template reservation for resources, Virtual SNS-3515 OVA  16 GB RAM (selected)  12000 MHz... 

in this case i also need add more RAM because of the ISE is using more RAM than expected?

The screenshot shows a large memory balloon.  VMWare uses a memory balloon when it does not have enough physical memory.  Add more physical memory to your physical VMWare server - or shut other virtual machines down.
