ISE 2.3 No data available

I'm using the device admin tacacs function in ISE 2.3. I see no no data available in the dashboard applet but showing 1065 total endpoints.

Most of the dashlets are specific to RADIUS so we would not expect to see any data on them. You should, however, see data in dashlets, such as system summary.
