Ise 2.4 Cannot delete a remote logging target with hyphens in the name

First off, thanks in advance for trying to assist.  I am trying to upgrade to 2.6 and have an issue with an expired cert tied to a remote logging target that has an invalid name (not sure how it got there, but it did).  The name of the secure syslog collector is 022d2ce7-7946-4890-bcb4-cded722c78cb.  Any modification I try, ISE barks back that "Name should not contain any of the following characters: ! @ % # $ ^ & * ( ) % ^ : ; . , [ { | } ] ` " = - + < > ?".  I tried looking through the CLI commands as well to see if I could force delete it, but could not come up with anything.  The status of the target is "disabled" so it is not even in use, but I still cannot delete it.  Ultimately this error halts the upgrade process.

Again, thanks for your expertise.  If you have any ideas they would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried using a different browser?  Usually when I run into some weird things with the GUI, the first thing I try is a different browser.  If it is still throwing an error, then you may have to open a TAC case and have them go into root to remove it from the database.

Thanks, I have tried different browsers to no avail. Thanks for your input.

Yes, this Secure Syslog Collector need to be removed from root access by TAC.

However, I would suggest you to enable this collector and remove the reference of the expired certificate from "Select CA Certificate" option. Disable the Syslog collector and then try to remove the expired certificate.

I would if I could, but every single change I propose will not take because of the hyphens. I cannot even enable the collector. Thanks for your help.
