ISE 2.4 Guest API Error

We have enabled ERS in ISE, and have a sponsor account that has access to the sponsor portal for API, but are having issues when trying to retrieve guest information.  We are wanting to perform API GETS that retrieve guest user information such as email address, Name, and the phone number used during the self registration process.  We are getting this error.

"Sponsor user's sponsor groups are not available anymore"

Please if you're already working with TAC then do that, they will reach out and discuss internally where appropriate. This way we aren't overlapping resources. If you find a solution please advise, its difficult to look at and use screenshots as well. The text outputs listed out will help debug in future. This post will help those in future as well.

you're doing this against the admin node?
What patch of ISE? Are you on the latest?
What is the call you're trying to do?
are you using this doc and which one? https://community.cisco.com/t5/security-documents/ise-guest-sponsor-api-tips-amp-tricks/ta-p/3636773

Can you provide text of everything you're doing and the output?
Have you contact the tac to check for potential bugs if you're sure you're doing the call right?
Are other calls working? examples?

Also would recommend opening a tac case to get the full details etc as its seems there is alot left out and make it hard going back and forth, let us know if anything needs to be updated in the tips/tricks
