when Guest user connect ask him to how much time need access the internet access.
for example when i connect to Meraki guest portal then user fill the username and password or fill the web page that time ask the time
so it is possible when i have use the wlc and ise that time ask to usr time or it possible in ISE

look the attached picture its ise guest user that time or minutes tab not showing
Not that i am aware in the ISE possible to user can select the time, But there is pre-defined available ise side to configure for all Guest user based on the requirement.
