ISE 2.4 GUI Login Problem After Restore

We created a new ISE 2.4 with patch 1 server and we restored config from old ISE 2.0.1 server.  ISE 2.0.1 server used Cert for GUI access.  After restored ISE 2.0.1 config to new ISE 2.4.1, we could not launch/login GUI and we only could log in via CLI.  Could CLI command change GUI access using username and password in stead of certificate?  Or how do I fix it?

When you say you could not launch/login GUI, do you mean the GUI login never appeared?

If it did appear but the credentials don't work anymore then go ahead and reset the web admin password via the CLI

 application reset-passwd ise admin
