ISE 2.4 virtual Appliance - High license usage does not match with active sessions.

Hello, 

I am having issues with an ISE server because it is showring a high license usage while active sessions are really low (currently 0 because we have no people connected this weekedn and I have just restarted the ISE server). We had an issue with accounting does not working properly between WLC and ISE but the issue has been solved some days ago. Can you please help to understand what is happening? I am thinking to open a case to Cisco TAC if necessary but I would like to solve the issue without opening a case if possible. Thank you very much.

TAC could certainly be one of the reccomendations we give if it's something we can't fix here. If there is a production impact, by all means go to TAC. 

In the mean time, can you provide a screen shot of alarm you are seeing or the exact text, and a capture of the license page, both the usage history and primary landing page would be helpful.
