I was hoping someone who has deployed the 2.6 OVA's or is in the know could break out the CPU reservations for the SNS 3615, 3655, 3695. The OVA template table is missing from the 2.6 installation guide and I don't have the ability to deploy a 2.6 OVA right now, just build from the ISO.
Here is an example of what the 2.4 guide included for the 3500's.
Virtual Eval OVA - 2300 MHz (no reservation)
Virtual SNS-3515 OVA (Small) - 12000 MHz
Virtual SNS-3595 OVA (Medium) - 16000 MHz
Virtual SNS-3595 OVA (Large) - 16000+ MHz

Managed to deconstruct the OVA's and have answered my own question. The VM template information is missing from the 2.6 installation guide, so here is what you need to know if you are deploying from the ISO.
3600 Template Similarities
NIC type and count - 6x e1000
SCSI Disk Controller - VMware Paravirtual
2.6 Evaluation
2 vCPU - no reservation
8 GB memory - no reservation
2.6 Small 3615
16 vCPU - 16000 MHz reservation
32 GB Memory - 32768 MB reservation
2.6 Medium 3655
24 vCPU - 24000 MHz reservation
96 GB Memory - 98304 MB reservation
2.6 Large 3695
24 vCPU - 24000 MHz reservation
256 GB Memory - 262144 MB reservation
