Hi all
I'm facing a log deletion issue.
Recently I received a lot of alarm letters from ISE which told me that my disk space is insufficient.
I've tried to purge (Administration > System > Maintenance > Data Purging > Submit) or delete (Administration > System > Logging. Click Local Log Settings) logs from GUI, but the disk space wasn't been released.
Then I tried to use cli to figure out the root cause, when I "show disk", I found that "/ : 9x% used", and when I "show logging application ", I found that there're lots of deployment.log, collector.log ...etc, which was created in 2016.
After that, I tried to google the question, I found "Cisco Bug: CSCvd32690 - Deployment.log file not getting rotated/purged properly"
This KB told us just simply delete these logs from root login, but as I know we can't root login in either ISE 1.x(TAC-use-only) nor 2.x(tech support-tunnel)
Can anyone tell me how to solve this question?
I think there must be lots of people facing this question...
Thanks
